在常溫下用1000mL的量筒，量取相應體積的水倒入紙餐盒中，大號餐盒600mL、中號餐盒500mL、小號餐盒400mL，目測應無水溢出即為合格。

將紙餐盒平放在紙板(或漿板)上，倒入溫度(90±5)℃、濃度約5%的NaCl水，再加甲基紅指示液1～2滴，高度不應低于20mm。1h后將水倒出，觀察背面、兩側是否有滲漏痕跡，若沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏痕跡即為合格，反之判為不合格。

將(150±10)℃的食用油(花生油、豆油)，用瓷匙加(10±2)mL于紙餐盒中，再將紙餐盒放在一張餐巾紙上。1h后觀察餐巾紙上是否有油點，如無油點則為合格，反之為不合格。

將紙餐盒平放在平板上蓋好盒蓋，用金屬尺測量紙餐盒的高度(連蓋)，精確至1mm。然后倒入漿砂混合物。蓋好盒蓋后，在上面放一塊200mm′200mm′3mm的平板玻璃。再將3kg砝碼置于平板玻璃中央，負重15s時立即取下砝碼及玻璃板，再精確測量上述高度。用下式計算試樣的負重性能值：

將試樣盒蓋連續(xù)180°角開合15次，觀察與盒體連結處應無裂口、開裂。
